First off, we were severely underestimated. Ending up having to pay almost double what we were quoted & we sold a lot of stuff. Second, it took them 5 WEEKS to deliver our stuff. They LOST my headboard and my dog stroller. This was 4 MONTHS ago and we still haven’t been paid and they will not answer their phone, text or email. Do not use this company if you value your time, money and personal belongings. We regret using them and are now out of a bed since I had a sleigh bed- can’t put the bed together without all pieces.

I contacted this company to move my two bedroom apartment across two states. I paid a $936.00 deposit, the original cu ft of unit estimate was 600 (approx. $2600) and I think it was lowballed it to get the nonrefundable deposit. They did a walk through the day of the move and recalculated the cu ft to 1200 and increased the price to $5300. I had a really bad feeling about them so I canceled the service. I was told the initial deposit was nonrefundable per their contract which I don’t agree because they were only at my apartment for an hour. Three guys came which would be approx. $300 an hr. I would never use this company and I plan to warn my friends. If this was the last company on earth I could use, I would not give them more than $100 for a down payment and I would require them to do in home estimates only.

The hardest thing about moving is thinking that you’re never going to find the right moving company in time and in your budget. Things worked out perfect for us. We hired Always Moving to take over the larger pieces and we took the incidentals and all the boxes. These guys did a great job securing everything tightly so nothing would be broken or damaged. You can tell by watching them they are all very experienced and caring people. We are glad we went through with you the move was just great.

WOW this company is something else! I just bought all my furniture last May so I went through the list of everything to the moving rep to get a quote. Taylor is her name, she quoted me $1,700. It was a great deal so I went with Always Moving. Apparently they pay for their reviews because everyone was raving about them. I told Taylor at the that time I would have to make sure we had an exact date and time for the movers to show up because my association is strict. She said no worries I'll be in touch with you frequently through this process and we'll make sure everything is taken care of. 3 months later its time to start this moving process but no word from Taylor. Finally another man called me to go over my items again. He raised my initial quote to $1950. I was shocked and asked what changed. He went over the items Taylor put in and it was completely different then what I told her. Basically she put the bare minimum in to get me to sign up!! So now its gone up great! I told the man my issue with making sure they have an exact day and time two weeks before they arrive so my association can give permission for the elevator. He told me that wasn't possible you only find out 24hr before they arrive. I asked to speak to a supervisor because one of the other reasons I was sold on this company is they would work with my association. Benjamin the supervisor called me back. We discussed it and I told him my situation. He said okay that will work. So it was all set for the movers to be there on that Monday between 9-11am. Two weeks roll around it's Sunday evening the movers are supposed to be here the next day but no one called to confirm. I thought that was strange. Then Monday around 11ish I got a call from the dispatch confirming my pick up for Tuesday! I freaked out balling my eyes out because I had everything approved for today. I even had my rental car waiting to go and hotels set up for my ling drive. I asked to speak with the supervisor. Finally hours later it is 8PM AT NIGHT BENJAMIN CALLS ME!! I'm sorry but what company doesn't call their customer when they're upset ?!?! He claims I demanded that time for Monday and he never said it would happen. A COMPLETE LIE. HE EVEN CALLED ME A LIAR!! I've never had someone speak to me so rudely. If I didn't have to move right away I would've canceled immediately. So after all these red flags the movers finally show up Tuesday. They pack everything up then tell me my price is $2,300!! WHAT IN THE WORLD!! I feel I've been taken advantage of by this company!! I mean come on how does it go from$1,700 to $2,255.16!! Now it doesn't stop there. They didn't even deliver my stuff until almost a month later!! IT ARRIVES ALL BROKEN!! My tv shattered ,my tv stand missing multiple legs, Coffee table looks like its been rolled down the street,scratches on almost everything I own. It's like they came in my house and took a bat to it then took all my money. Now its 4 months later they finally are giving me my money from the damages. I sent all the information on how much everything weighed because they'll only pay 60c per lb!! It came out to way over 500lb but according to their system my receipts don't matter they only pay off their common weight. Guess what.. 160lbs is all they'll do!! so after all my new furniture I just bought in May destroyed and I'll only be receiving $96. WOW just wow. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER COMPLETELY ALWAYS CHECK BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THAT WHERE I WENT WRONG!!

It was so nice to finally move without a problem. We moved a few times in the past but things never went as good as they did with Always Moving. Everyone was so eager to help and show us thier credentials. We didn’t have to do a single thing except let the movers in the door. They wrapped and boxed up the whole house. They were on the road in 6 hours and we got our furniture delivery within a week it was great. I’m so happy we found them give them a call and see for yourself.

This wouldn’t have been possible with the terrific staff at Always Moving. We had no choice but to move during the summer time and had no idea just how busy the moving business was in these months. Always Moving helped us keep this move within our budget but more importantly our kids were changing schools and we needed them settled in by a certain date. There was never a time we couldn’t reach our sales associate which made me very comfortable because the last thing we needed was a company to disappear days before pickup. This was an all business professional move by real sales guys and movers. Highly suggest giving them a call.

Always Moving was the moving company we found online and fell in love from the first phone call. They brought a lighter side to the moving process. We started out stressed out of our mind. That slowly went away after we started getting things in order. Everyone there is very organized and on top of every detail. They put together the mist comprehensive list of our furniture out of all the other movers by far. We saved a lot of money working with them are very happy with the level of service that came with it. Personally I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Company’s Ike this need as most exposure as possible so the greedy ones don’t steal the job. Thank you all.

Always Moving was the first company to call us. Before we got into any details pertaining to our relocation explain to us how the process works, how the pricing was done and explain the contract and the timeframe with much detail. They have a group of people over there we’re all working together to make sure every move is a success. This move is done on a very tight budget and we did not have much room to spare at all. Luckily always moving was able to keep this within our price range. Really appreciate the hard work and dedication to getting us from point a to point B.

We were really surprised the quality of service we got with Always Moving Inc. We hired a cross country moving company many years back and we set ourself up to be taken advantage of with over charging and extended delivery time. Always Moving was night and day compared to them. These guys really knew what they were doing. Detailed list of items, fragile items crated or specially packed I mean these guys really took care of everything. From pickup to delivery there was not one day we worried or felt our uneasy. We got called every step of the move and got our furniture ahead of schedule. We are happy clients of this company and want to let people know how good they are for those who don’t know where to turn.

Went online looking for a moving company. I found a lot of companies that I thought looked good and made a list of those and started to make calls. I read online some tips and I stuck to them. The first question I asked was are you a broker? I was able to rule out about half of my list. I had a business I needed furniture picked up from as well as my home I was relocating to a new state. Always moving Inc. was willing to make the other stop and continue on to my home. We had very specific details about how we wanted the move done and they abided by them all. Not one time during the movie where is there something they could not handle, these are very experienced men. Once we got our delivery they place the items in the rooms we asked them to and the estimate we signed off on was the money we paid in total. If you read a lot of horror stories about people paying extra money but this company took extra care of us. In my eyes it was the move done flawless. I’m not somebody to go online and write reviews but the way this move is handled it’s the least I can do.

Always Moving Inc. was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a company that made moving easy and they did just that. We were able to take it room by room as list off each item. We told them the pieces that needed extra attention and should be treated with care. The movers took their time making sure the job got fine right. Once the truck was loaded we were not surprised by extra charges because we actually used less space. This company knows how to make a move go smooth. The other departments played a big part as well. We were very happy with the service we received. We have nothing but praise for Always Moving Inc. Thank You for all you’ve done for me and my family.

This was a completely professional relocation. Always Moving was the first company to call once we submitted our request to receive moving quotes. Before we began building an inventory list they explained to us how we would be priced and showed us thier credentials and all of the licenses that were up to date. It’s important to know exactly who you are working with especially during the summer months when fly by night movers call due to the high volume of moves. Our representative asked us through the process from larger pieces what would be dismantled to any items we wanted crated or boxes. They gave us complimentary things as well. They really did cover all bases because easy pickup for them was an easy move for us. Neither one of us wanted any unanticipated items on move date. They work very clean and respect the customers home. Watching them load the truck they placed pieces carefully so nothing was stacked or had any chance of being broken. They are the ideal mover. They are every lady bit of our 5 star rating but don’t take our word see for yourself. This was our best move we ever had and we moved 3 other times.

Always Moving really got the job done! We are just happy customers that want to tell others how great this company really is. From the time we started talking about furniture up until the final delivery there has always been a good line of communication. It was easy to make changes and we got an excellent rate. We did speak to a few others but nine if the other companies were as flexible as Always Moving. This move was hard on us emotionally and they were all able to make us laugh and smile to make it a little easier. Professional and polite with quality work.

Artovio and Jerome and Dwyane Delivery of my shipment went well. They were courteous and careful in handling the furniture and made sure all was in the proper place. I had some problems with pickup, though. It was a different crew . I was told pickup was to be between 9:00am and 12 and didn't show up until 6:20 pm. It probably was not the crews fault. Once they got there they worked very hard and wrapped everything better than I had ever seen for a move. On the whole I am very satisfied with my move to Maryland from Florida.

Always Moving is that needle in a haystack diamond in the rough company. They are filled with very knowledgeable sales people that are willing to help you save money and feel comfortable working with their company. They are not pushy and very affordable. We weren’t sure at first if we were able to do this within our budget but after talking to them we actually save the money. We all watched it all as they wrapped furniture and loaded it onto the truck. It was done so delicately and nothing was placed on top of each other so it could potentially fall. When the furniture arrives they came in the same condition that it left in the trust very assuring. They have a reputation for doing good business and now we know why. In this world full of 100 movers for every state it’s important to take the right company and we know without a doubt that we most definitely did. You were so happy with the service we can to leave this review. 5 stars without a doubt.

Everybody at Always Moving was always on the same page. We had many different requests and when it came to the Actual moving there wasn’t much we can do ourselves so we had to rely on the moving company. The moving company would come in and take apart the larger pieces and box all the smaller items. Every box labels and color-coded in even numbered so we knew what room they went into. This company is very organized which in turn prevented a lot of mistakes from happening. Our sales representative was always available when we needed to talk or make any changes this is the definition of a reliable company that we highly recommend to anybody going forward.

Exceptional work from Always Moving We had a hard time in the beginning trying to figure out what moving company was the best fit for us but after reviewing all our estimates and budget they were number one. We appreciate all the work and patience involved putting our whole household together. This was a full service door to door move. The movers came and carefully loaded each piece. I was able to mark off pieces as they were loaded and our list was exact and our final price was less then the quoted price. We were called and regularly updated and always in touch with the company. Professional and courteous great job.

Always Moving gotta say thank you for the hard work done by everybody on your staff. Early on In our conversations we spent time going room by room to get the most comprehensive list as possible. We reserved our move about 2 months before our move date so we were able to save ourself a few hundred dollars. The estimate was easy to understand and any questions we had somebody was always able to help us. Once our furniture was in route we got updated frequently never had to call first. Fast delivery and no damages very well.

Always Moving is the complete moving company. First off they are not a broker which means all the moves and mileage on the trucks they own are from moves they do them self. We had a bad experience about 7 years ago with a van line that at the last minute couldn’t service our move and had a third party they worked with come and pick us up. We knew nothing about the company or employees and needless to say the move was a disaster. This time around it was much different. We called the same number each and every time. No extra money no broken furniture and fast delivery. Great honest work. .
